Cheque or Money Order for Mail Order Made payable to NATREMED.  You may pay online using any of the Credit/Debit Cards listed below. Our Secure Payment System is operated and administered by "Worldpay"

Our prices are quoted in either UK Pounds or Euros. You may convert you payment from these currencies to US dollars on the Worldpay payment pages

Delivery Address and Email.
On the Worldpay payment page you will be asked to enter the billing address (This should be the address of the Card Holder), and an email address.

To avoid any delays in dispatching your order please ensure the address is complete i.e. (House #, Street, City, and Zip/Postcode) this will be used as the delivery address (unless you advise us of an alternative delivery address). Also please ensure the email address you give is correct and that your mail server is not set to reject our mail as spam. We will only use the email address you give to advise you of dispatch dates and estimated delivery times.

At Natremed we respect your privacy, we guarantee that we do not give any of your details to other companies. 

Alternative delivery address.
As part of our anti fraud procedures you will only be asked for the Card Holders address, this address is verified by Worldpay prior to your payment being authorized. If you would like your order delivering to a different address please send us a separate email quoting the Worldpay reference number and the Full postal address of the recipient. We attempt to dispatch ALL orders with in 36hours of receiving notification from Worldpay, so please email us immediately after you have placed your order.

Shipping Method:
Delivery to the USA is by Standard Air-Mail, The UK Postal services will be used for orders to the UK, Europe, Channel Islands and Ireland.

Delivery:
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are shown clearly by each product so you know exactly how much the total cost will be before you checkout. No one likes surprises! . Where shipping is charged, we have kept the amounts to a very reasonable level.

Tax/VAT: 
Orders are inclusive of sales tax (VAT) where applicable

Receipt for your purchase:

Refund/Returns:
We Strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive your order damaged we will pay the full return shipping costs. (Please obtain authorisation before returning the goods.)

Full refunds will be issued if we are notified and authorisation is obtained within 7 days of purchase,  Due to the very personal nature of Biofreeze and Sore No More the products must not have been opened or used. Return shipping charges are your responsibility, and the refund will not be issued until the goods have been received and inspected.. These terms will be strictly applied.
